El Cairo

This Painting represents Nilo's river mouth where El Cairo is. We can see an apocaliptic view of it though. In the left side there's trash everywhere and there are dead people mixed with it in the river and trashtrucks droping more trash and in the top of this left side we see a big city with a white temple atop that is surrounded by a big skull cloud representing the deadly future. At the right side of the river there are some remanents of the egiptian gods that are trying to clean the big mess with fire and the smoke it's turning back like a curse. At the end (or at the begining) I mean the center of this painting is where the Nilo comes, a place full of life get to be known as the heart of africa. Here is Isis guarding the entrance pasing her we see the Ankh that means life itself and the source of knowledge and we can also see a cloud with a castle at it's top.

I really really like this painting it has me a lot of time doing it and it's something that i'd like to talk about using the oil to represent this big problem among societies.
